Budget Blinds is a small business owned by Maggie Hays and Gary Bernat. We have been in business since 2011 and specialize in custom window coverings.  We offer on-site consultations for residential, cabins and cottages, commercial buildings and even houseboats!  Our offerings and installations include blinds, shades, shutters, drapes, rods and solar film.
